The local example

Messages entered in the on-page demo are held in the page’s memory. The supplied demo code does not send them to a server or save them in browser storage. Reloading the page resets the example. Do not enter sensitive information.

The contact form

The contact form sends your name, email address, message and any optional details you provide to chat@logichats.com. These details are used to reply to your question. The form does not sign you up for marketing, create an account or start a subscription.

The form uses a session cookie to check that a message came from this website and to help prevent repeat submissions. It also keeps hashed network identifiers and request times on the server for a one-hour spam limit. Old entries are cleared when the form next processes a valid submission; the file may remain while the form is not in use. It does not save messages in a website database. Messages delivered by email remain in the receiving mailbox and may be included in mail-provider backups. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

The website itself

This package includes no analytics, advertising scripts or advertising cookies. The contact form uses the session cookie described above. Its fonts and visual assets are served locally. The hosting provider may keep normal web access and security logs. Hosting configuration and any later additions may change how the deployed website behaves.

No accounts or payments yet

This preview does not create customer accounts, store passwords, connect live chats or take PayPal payments. The production service must publish its full privacy notice, terms, retention rules and processor information before registration opens.

External links

The BrandableGroup links open a separate website. That website has its own settings and policies.

Before live service begins

The live service will need to process messages and account details. Each business must understand what is collected, how long it is retained and how people can request help or deletion. Required privacy disclosures cannot be removed through paid white labelling.
